At Sweet Snowsports we always want to know what our clients think and how they feel about the quality of our lessons. We decided to use an independent feedback company called Feefo to help us do this.
They invite each and every one of our clients to leave feedback on their lesson once it has been completed. This feedback is left anonymously online and we cannot edit it in any way. The best thing about Feefo is the guarantee that any feedback you read is 100% the thoughts of past clients. We have the right to reply, but notwithstanding legal obligations clients can say what they want. A possibly scary prospect!
We started using Feefo at the beginning of this winter and thankfully so far we seem to be meeting our clients expectations pretty well. We have been lucky enough to receive some fantastic feedback for our Morning Workshops, Private Lessons and Private Group Lessons.
Our Morning Workshops are designed around giving the client and the instructor the best chance to improve your skiing and meet your goals in a small, friendly group. Clients in some of our groups this season have certainly enjoyed themselves and being able to read comments such as ‘The sessions were easy going, fun and constantly tailored to the individual needs of those in the group’ lets us know we are doing our job well.
One of our favourite products at Sweet is our Private Group Lesson. It allows you, the client, to form your own group of people who you want to ski with and lets you really determine the course of the lesson. This lesson offers flexibility on both sides and is particularly great for families who want to ski together in a group environment. We love this challenge and find that this brings out the best in us as instructors. One of our clients acknowledged this in saying ‘not daunted by this challenge, Jason made the lessons enjoyable and testing where required which enabled us to individually progress at our own pace.’
Private Ski Lessons pretty much do what they say on the tin. It is the most personalised tuition you can get and can often lead to the biggest improvements. A client earlier this season particularly enjoyed the fact that ‘Jon made the time to find out about my previous experience, what I thought I needed and structured the lesson to suit’. While another said the best thing was that the instructor ‘really understood what I struggled with and taught me in a way that suited me, and most importantly made me have fun and actually really enjoy the lessons!’. Having fun, enjoying the lessons and improving is what Sweet Snowsports are all about.
